To that end representatives from the general interest SF fan clubs Minn-Stf, FenSF, MISFITS, SF Minnesota, putting on Minicon, MarsCon, CONvergence, and Diversicon, respectively, the food oriented Minnesota Munchie Movement (CONsume/Relaxacon), plus individual fans, and the con chair of Valleycon in Fargo, ND, met at MarsCon in March, 2002 to discuss how to launch this fund.
Special interest fan clubs and individual fans are invited and encouraged to participate. We intend to meet every year at MarsCon for a general meeting. We will have our meeting as part of the Regional Fandom Roundtable program item on Saturday. Check your program guide for time and location.
Anime Twin Cities received a thank you letter from Clarion West thanking them for their $1000 donation to the fund.
We've received a thank you letter from Clarion West thanking the fund for it's most recent donation and naming the scholarship recipient for 2008.
We've received a letter from the 2006 scholarship recipient thanking us.
The fund made a contribution of $1000 for the 2006 Clarion West Workshop.

We've received an email from Clarion West naming the scholarship recipient for 2004.
The fund made a total contribution of $675 for the 2004 Clarion West Workshop.
